In an effort to optimize the overall cost of training to the client, we are looking for partners who can deliver customized content at their respective locations. At best overnight travel to the location.It will work as follows:
- Once we get a client who is looking at PAN India delivery, we will reach out to you.
- Getting you ready with desired learning outcomes, target audience, content will be done virtually.
- All you have to do is go and deliver the workshop.

- Existing OD/OB trainers with at least five years of experience.

How it works?
Many a times corporates are looking for functional trainers or project-based trainers and we do not have the band width or knowledge to handle them. Since 2007 we have a pooled trainers PAN India who are known to us either through social media or through other professional platforms. You can reach us in case you are looking for functional trainers. This has been very successful for our existing clients too.

How it works?
Sometimes fellow trainers are grappling for material and many a times it is repetitive work. Incase trainers are looking for content on a specific soft skill topic, you are most welcome to reach us. We can kit you up with content in less than 24 hours. All you have to do is leave the topic and target audience with desired learning outcomes with us at night and you have the “menu” ready before your dinner the next day! In addition we can also train you and get you familiar with the PPT in under an hour.

Get a professional study on your business topic. Do you want any professional study or you have any specific fact finding assignments to be undertaken?
How it works?
As we work with clients, a requirement does arise to look at certain specific areas, not as a training assignment, more as a fact finding one. For example:
- A CEO wanted us to carry out a climate study of the organization as he was briefed that the supervisors are not seeing “eye-to-eye”. We carried out an independent study and our facts were different. We found that the differences was at the Heads of Departments level and not at the supervisory cadre. We brought it to the CEOs notice. He smiled and asked us, “Do you think I did not know?”. He used our services to convey the message and since we were operating on facts we presented them to the top team…!! Incase you are looking to fire your gun on our shoulders, our shoulders are available to you..!!!
- A CEO found that he was not able to create an impact whilst delivering his Town Hall addresses. We found his challenge was vocabulary, hence we created a process format and suggested a step-by-step structure. This was very simple like, narrating stories from Aesop Fables, Panchatantra, stories from Akbar-Birbal.He followed it diligently and is surprised to see an improvement in himself.
- Presently we are virtually conducting time and space workshop for TeD Talks and Stand Up Comedy as a follow up of public speaking workshop.

Bridging Two Clients
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiative we have done some interesting assignments.
Experience Number One: As part of the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh initiative, German Institute Of Advanced Technology (IGAIT) was set up at Vishakapatnam. We were training the employees of IGAIT on values and culture. IGAIT was looking for partners in the corporate arena to impart training on advanced technology.
On the other hand, Power Grid (PG) was grappling with legal land battles with local villagers and thus their work of laying power transmission towers was getting delayed. Power Grid engaged our services to study this problem. When we carried out the study, we found the reason for the localities concern was not rehabilitation or financial compensation, it was much deeper, to have a meaningful future for themselves.
We integrated Power Grid and IGAIT and drew out a detailed plan to train the villagers on simple skills like tailoring for women and first line maintenance of PG towers for men. It took us a year to set this rolling. PG found a drastic reduction in the levels of dis-satisfaction and IGAIT was equally happy.
Experience Number Two: A large number of personnel retiring from the Indian Navy, both Officers and men find suitable employment in the outside world. When we met the Director General Re-employment at New -Delhi we were surprised to find a large number were struggling too for a suitable employment because they lacked the necessary skill sets. Monkey Minds along with IGAIT offered a combined workshop of MM delivering the soft skills and IGAIT imparting the reskilling. The initial intake was 50 people, though the project did not take off as expected, our success rate was only 6 percent. Notwithstanding, we are glad that we could make a difference in these three people’s lives.
Experience Number Three: We are associated with Indian Institutes of Management, XLRI and MDI Gurgaon for guest lectures on Do’s and Don’t’s for uniformed personnel entering the civil world. We are also on call with Indian School of Business both at Hyderabad and Chandigarh training the students who could not do well in their respective job interviews. Here our success rate has been 30 percent.
